The LRT-2 fare matrix structure is a distance-based system, where the fare increases with the number of stations traveled. The fare is determined by a combination of factors including the distance traveled and the type of ticket purchased, whether it be a single-journey ticket or a stored value card (commonly known as the Beep card). LRT 2 has 13 stations from Recto in Manila to Antipolo in Rizal.

The Beep card offers a more economical option for frequent commuters, with fares generally lower than single-journey tickets.

Tickets can be purchased and Beep cards reloaded at ticket vending machines and ticketing booth located in all LRT-2 stations. Beep cards can also be reloaded at various partner outlets and online through specific mobile applications, offering additional convenience for passengers.
